Today, on my "Mexico, a key for doing international business" class I learned:
We're only as good, as the slowest person in our team.
The only two reasons to fire someone are: If he disturbs the team. If he does not want to do the job.
The meaning of survival is; to make your BEST EFFORT to live. And a sad thing is, that some of the people in Mexico, our country, do that every day. They're just surviving.
